We absolutely love these tacos as a way to switch up taco Tuesday from the typical Mexican flavor. And when we are in the mood for something light, we make this taco meat into a salad with plantain chips, mangos, and This Avacado Dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 T Za'atar blend
- 2 T pine nuts
- 1 T oil
- 1/4 C avacado, mashed
- 1T Harissa
- 2 t lemon juice
- 1/4 t ground sumac
- 1 lb green beans
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 T oil
- 1/2 t chili powder
- 2 t lemon juice
- 1/2 avacado, mashed
- 1 T chilis
- 1 T lime juice
- 1 T sugar
- 1 (16 oz) bag cole slaw mix
- arugala
- tomatoes
- onions
- greek yogurt
Instructions
In bottom of quick cooker add taco ingredients
in a dish insert for the top of the quick cooker add the green bean ingredients
Cook for 15 minutes
While cooking, blend together Avacado mixture ingredients in a small bowl.
In a medium bowl, mix together slaw ingredients.
