Peanut butter and banana is a staple smoothie flavor. It is a favorite in our house.
Ingredients
- Blend together all ingredients
- Transfer to bowl or cup.
Instructions
2 bananas, frozen
2 T nut or seed butter
2 T flaxseed meal
1/2 t vanilla extract
1/2 C milk, nondairy or dairy
1 Handful of spiniach
Notes
Tip: I add non frozen banana slices and cacao nibs as toppings to a bowl version
