The cool thing about smoothie bowls is you can make them for dessert (or any time) instead of ice cream as well! Depending on your blender, you may have to add more liquid or you may be able to add less. Experiment 😘
If you don’t have frozen banana, you can use fresh and use greek yogurt instead of milk. (my favorite way)

Peaches and Cream Smoothie Bowl

A refreshing summer drink (or even for those days you need it to feel more like summer)

Ingredients

  • 1 bananas, frozen
  • 1 C peaches, frozen
  • 2 T flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 t vanilla extract
  • 1/2 C milk, nondairy or dairy

Instructions

Blend together all ingredients

Transfer to bowl or cup.
