1.Blend together all ingredients

The cool thing about smoothie bowls is you can make them for dessert (or any time) instead of ice cream as well! Depending on your blender, you may have to add more liquid or you may be able to add less. Experiment 😘
If you don’t have frozen banana, you can use fresh and use greek yogurt instead of milk. (my favorite way)

Mango Tango Smoothie Bowl

A refreshing summer drink (or even for those days you need it to feel more like summer)


  • 1 C mango, frozen
  • 1 C pineapple, frozen
  • 1 C oranges, frozen, mandarin or naval
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 T chia seeds
  • 3/4 C milk, nondairy or dairy


Blend together all ingredients

Transfer to bowl or cup.


Tip: top with kiwi or coconut

*if making as a smoothie, add more milk
