A great dessert option for those nights you want to feel better.
The cool thing about smoothie bowls is you can make them for dessert (or any time) instead of ice cream as well!
Depending on your blender, you may have to add more liquid or you may be able to add less. Experiment ?
If you don't have frozen banana, you can use fresh and use greek yogurt instead of milk. (my favorite way)
Ingredients
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 C milk, nondairy or dairy
- 1/4 C rolled oats (gluten-free to make recipe GF)
- 1 T nut or seed butter
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1/2 t cinnamon
Instructions
Blend together all ingredients
Transfer to bowl or cup.
Notes
Tip: top with cacao nibs and chia seeds
