The cool thing about smoothie bowls is you can make them for dessert (or any time) instead of ice cream as well!
Depending on your blender, you may have to add more liquid or you may be able to add less. Experiment 😘
If you don’t have frozen banana, you can use fresh and use greek yogurt instead of milk. (my favorite way)

Cherry berry Smoothie Bowl

Using tart cherries is a great way to add anti-inflammatory ingredients to your diet. Plus they taste great!


  • 1 C cherries, frozen
  • 1 C blueberries, frozen
  • 1 C raspberries, frozen
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 T chia seeds
  • 3/4 C milk, nondairy or dairy


Blend together all ingredients

Transfer to bowl or cup.


Tip: top with nuts and cacao nibs (Bowls typically have toppings added to them while a cup is perfect for on the go)

*if making as a smoothie, add more milk
