This is an 8 Week program that has 2 days of strength training, 3 days of guided runs, and rest days with recommendations for recovery.

 This 6 week program is either for after completing the 5K or if you are someone who can already run a 5K.

It consists of 3 days of guided running with 2 days of strength training.
