I have been making this recipe for years now and is my go-to when I want something easy and seafood. I could eat this every week and not get tired of it.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp fresh herb of choice (cilantro, parsley, thyme, ect)
- 3 Tbsp Butter, melted
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Maple syrup*
- 1tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Cup Panko Crumbs
- 1 lb Salmon (cut however desired or kept as one piece)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
Chop herbs and melt butter.
Combine herbs, butter, mustard, syrup, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
Add panko crumbs and combine.
Place salmon on foiled and greased pan.
Press/spoon crust ontop of salmon, coating in entirety.
Bake for 12 minutes or until salmon is flakey.
Serve with side salad or veggies!
Notes
This recipe pairs great with side salads and fresh summer veggies.
*can substitute honey for a different flavor
