The Coach

Sarah Fegley Certified Personal Trainer​ Sarah has been active in sports her entire life. Once she finished college, she decided to start a podcast to teach others how to live a physically and mentally healthy lifestyle. It has since turned into teaching boot camp classes and power building that go beyond just physical fitness. Sarah enjoys helping others reach their goals through teaching, encouragement, and behavior change coaching.
