This rice bowl is a take on an egg roll.
Super easy to cater to limitations (for example I omit any egg products) can be paleo, whole 30, keto, ect. Rice not needed I would just up the quantities of everything else to have enough food 😘
Egg Roll Rice Bowl
Ingredients
- Cooked rice (quinoa, brown, mixture, ect)
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 Lb ground turkey
- (Can also add in eggs, beaten)
- 1 T Sirracha
- 1/2 T fresh ground ginger
- 1 8oz can of sliced water chestnuts
- 1 t salt
- 1 t white pepper
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 3T coconut aminos
- 1 1/2 T rice vinegar
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1/4 C vegan mayo (or mashed avacado)
- 1 1/2 T Sirracha (give or take)
- 2 t ginger
- sesame seeds (to top)
Sauce:
Instructions
Cook meat and/or eggs
Mix together sauce ingredients
Layer everything as desired
