Easy dinner idea for when you have “nothing to eat”

I usually make a stir fry the end of the week to use up veggies and really any other food that would get wasted at the end of the week.

A stir fry is one of those things that you an’t really mess up. Okay, I’m sure there is  SOME way to mess it up but since you can really put anything in the pan and serve it over rice or noodles, it’s in the least a super easy no brainer meal.

My three favorite sauce recipes are below. This way you can switch up the main flavor and not feel like you are having the same thing overt and over.

peanut sauce recipe:

Ginger, fresh – 2 tsp, grated
Peanut butter – 4 Tbsp (can sub cashew)
Water – 5 Tbsp
Vinegar, rice – 2 Tbsp
Soy sauce, low-sodium – 1 Tbsp
Lime juice – 1 Tbsp
Sriracha – 1 Tbsp
Brown sugar – 4 tsp

Teriyaki Sauce:
Soy sauce, low-sodium – 1/4 cup
Vinegar, rice – 2 tsp
Water – 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp
Brown sugar – 2 Tbsp
Cornstarch – 2 tsp
Oil, toasted sesame – 1 tsp
